Good Bad Ugly, the highly anticipated Tamil film featuring Ajith Kumar in the lead role, is set for a grand release on April 10. The film is both written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran and represents the Tamil debut of the Telugu production company Mythri Movie Makers.

As the film is scheduled to be released across India and in several international markets, the producers have opted to synchronize the first-day-first-show (FDFS) timings nationwide. Traditionally, films in Tamil Nadu have their FDFS starting at 9 am, while neighboring southern states often begin as early as 4 am. However, for Good Bad Ugly, the FDFS will commence at the same time across all states in the country.

In Tamil Nadu, it has been customary for the first screening of a film to begin at 9 am, while audiences in nearby southern states can view films earlier, at times like 4 am and 6 am. Nevertheless, this will not apply to Good Bad Ugly, as the producers and distributors have collectively decided to align the FDFS with Tamil Nadu's schedule. The screenings will start between 8 am and 9 am.

In a statement to OTTplay, Y Ravi Shankar, a producer at Mythri Movie Makers, remarked, “We will initiate screenings for Good Bad Ugly at the same time as in Tamil Nadu. This will also apply to Kerala, Karnataka, the Telugu states, and the northern regions. This decision is made to prevent any last-minute complications and ensure safety by avoiding early morning shows.”

Tiruppur Subramanian, a key figure in the Tamil Nadu Theater and Multiplex Owners Association, has indicated that a new standard will be established for major film releases, particularly in Tamil cinema. He stated, "From now on, all major films will have their screenings commence around 8:30 to 9:00 AM. This approach will help mitigate the impact of early reviews, which can negatively influence a film's reception if they are unfavorable."

Consequently, the only early screenings for Indian films will occur internationally, with premieres held in countries such as the United States.

Regarding the film "Good Bad Ugly," it is both written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran and features Ajith Kumar in the leading role. The cast includes notable actors such as Trisha Krishnan, Usha Uthup, Rahul Dev, Kingsley, Roadies Raghu, Pradeep Kabra, Harry Josh, KGF Avinash, Yogi Babu, Prasanna, Prabhu, Priya Prakash, Simran, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Arjun Das, among others.

The film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar and is described as an action drama.
