Yaariyan is making a comeback with a theatrical re-release

Himansh Kohli just dropped some exciting news about the re-release of Yaariyan in theaters on his Instagram! He posted a throwback poster from his 2014 film, saying, "Get ready to feel the vibes of friendship, love, and good times back on the big screen! Yaariyan is coming back to theaters on March 21, 2025. Let’s relive the magic and those awesome moments!" So mark your calendars for March 21.

Yaariyan, brought to you by T Series, starred Himansh as Lakshya and Rakul as Saloni. Even though it got a mix of reviews, it did pretty well at the box office. The movie hit theaters on January 10, 2014. Alongside the main leads, the cast featured Sunil Grover, Yashpal Sharma, Sharman Joshi, Evelyn Sharma, Gulshan Grover, and more.

Himansh Kohli shares what he gained from his experience on Yaariyan

In a recent chat with IANS, Himansh Kohli shared how Yaariyan really turned things around for him. He mentioned that he showed up late to the set during the first couple of days, which didn’t sit well with director Divya Khossla. But that experience hit home for Kohli, and he made it a point to be punctual from then on.

I felt really terrible for making her upset, so I quickly decided to fix things. I set alarms and asked my team to help me plan my day so I’d be on time for the shoot, no matter what. Now, I always make it a priority to arrive on time, and it’s made a huge difference in my life, Himansh mentioned.
