Tollywood star Venkatesh, affectionately known as Venky Mama, has garnered a vast fanbase through his diverse roles across various genres, including drama, action, comedy, and family-oriented films. On the occasion of his birthday, industry peers, fans, and cinema enthusiasts extended their heartfelt wishes to him, celebrating his unique blend of humour and action. Recently, the team led by Anil Ravipudi unveiled a promotional video for the song "Meenu" from the upcoming film 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam,' coinciding with his birthday celebrations.

The promo indicates that the song will focus on the character Meenakshi Chowdhury. In this track, Venkatesh appears exceptionally stylish as a police officer, evoking memories of his role in the film 'Koladi.' The first single, featuring the lyrics "Ramasilakave on the Godari gattu.. Oh.. Gorintakettakuna Sandamave," has already received an enthusiastic response.

The song, penned by Bhaskara Bhatla, is performed by Ramana Gogula and Madhupriya, with music composed by Bheems Cicerolio. This film is set to have a grand theatrical release on January 14, 2025, as a special Sankranthi offering. Notable actors, including Marathi star Upendra Limaye, known for his role in 'Animal,' and Kollywood actor VTV Ganesh, are also featured in significant roles. The film, which revolves around a triangular crime drama, is being produced by Sirish under the auspices of Dil Raju.
