Gabbar Singh, the 2012-released action thriller film is one of the biggest blockbusters in the career of actor-turned-politician, Pawan Kalyan. The movie, directed by Harish Shankar, is an adaptation of Salman Khan’s blockbuster cop thriller, Dabangg. As per the latest updates, Gabbar Singh is now gearing up for its grand re-release in remastered 4K format, coinciding with its leading man Pawan Kalyan’s 56th birthday. The new update has left the popular star’s fans and Telugu cinema lovers, highly excited.

Reportedly, Gabbar Singh is gearing up for its grand release on September 1, 2024, a day before leading man Pawan Kalyan’s 56th birthday. The technical team has reportedly completed the remastering works of the Harish Shankar directorial, recently. As expected, the cop thriller has been experiencing an excellent rush in its advance bookings and is expected to have a grand opening at the box office. Ahead of the grand re-release, Pawan Kalyan and the team are reportedly planning to reveal the brand new trailer of Gabbar Singh 4K on social media soon.

The cop thriller directed by Harish Shankar features Pawan Kalyan in the role of Venkataratnam Naidu, a police officer famous for his unique ways of dealing with criminals. He calls himself Gabbar Singh, after getting fascinated by the famous antagonist character from the iconic film, Sholay. If you wish to revisit Gabbar Singh, the much-loved action thriller is currently available for streaming on Sun NXT and Amazon Prime Video. The movie is also available on OTTplay Premium.

Shruti Haasan appeared in the role of Gabbar Singh’s love interest-turned-wife Bhagya Lakshmi in the film, which features Abhimanyu Singh, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Ajay, Nagineedu, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam, Ali, Tanikella Bharani, Rao Ramesh, Jaya Prakash Reddy, and others in supporting roles.
