GV Prakash Kumar, recognized for his talents as both an actor and a music composer, takes the lead role in the upcoming film 'Kingston'. This production marks India's inaugural sea adventure fantasy film. Kingston is brought to life by Parallel Universe Pictures in collaboration with Zee Studios, with GV Prakash Kumar himself serving as one of the producers. In the Telugu version, the film is being distributed by Ganga Entertainment, under the leadership of Maheswara Reddy Mooli.

The film is scheduled for theatrical release on March 7th in both Telugu and Tamil languages. The Telugu trailer was released yesterday.

The trailer presents a fictional village shrouded in secrets of the sea. Whispers of a mysterious and frightening presence lurking beneath the waves begin to circulate. The narrative hints at unsettling occurrences, with a character remarking that greed has led to the village's downfall. A warning is issued to a key figure in the village: "Do not repeat the same error."

It appears that the male protagonist is destined to embark on a journey into the sea to save the village. GV Prakash's character asserts, "It is preferable to die for this village than to perish for someone on the shore."

The visuals suggest the emergence of spirits as the hero ventures into the ocean. The storyline is captivating, as Kingston intertwines elements of adventure, the supernatural, and fantasy, promising an emotionally resonant experience. The trailer effectively indicates that the film will offer audiences a thrilling journey.
