2 months ago | 5 Views
Salman Khan's collaboration with AR Murugadoss for the film Sikandar has resulted in the production of an action-packed feature. Recent reports suggest that the director has incorporated four significant action sequences into the film, including scenes set in a hospital, on a train, and within a prison.
Regarding the intense train sequence in Sikandar, Mid Day has reported that last month, Khan filmed this particular scene at a railway station located in central Mumbai. It appears that the crew transitioned to the train station after completing part of the sequence at the studio.
The tabloid received information from a source indicating that during a particular scene, the leading actor and his supporting cast, who portrayed his bodyguards, were in a state of urgency as they searched for an individual. Due to concerns regarding his safety, Khan was accompanied by his real-life bodyguards for this scene, which featured a substantial audience. The sequence concludes with him locating the antagonist and engaging in a fierce confrontation aboard a train.
High-stakes prison fight
This action sequence, along with another set in a prison, is expected to be among the most eagerly awaited elements of the Eid 2025 release.
According to the insider, further details reveal that in the prison scene, Khan's character confronts gangsters directly. Filming took place in locations such as Matunga and Film City. The sequence, crafted by action director Kevin Kumar, is characterized by its intense violence and graphic content. It culminates with the superstar emerging as the last man standing after a series of gunfights and hand-to-hand combat. Both Murugadoss and Khan shared a unified vision from the outset: to showcase a formidable hero to the audience. Kevin has ensured that these gripping battles deliver on that promise.
Film completion
Sikandar is currently in production in Mumbai, following Khan as he portrays a wealthy individual who moved by the plight of the less fortunate, chooses to live as an ordinary person and combat corruption. The lead actor filmed a scene last week at a nightclub in Atria Mall, located in Worli.
There is only one song left, according to the source. Rashmika Mandanna will recuperate from her leg injuries later this month, and then filming will begin. If everything proceeds as planned, Murugadoss will declare the film completed by the end of February, and Khan will begin his promotions in the first week of March.
