Amol Parashar, who was recently featured in Sweet Dreams alongside Mithila Palkar, has commenced filming for his upcoming web series titled Gram Chikitsalaya. The actor has adopted a small-town persona for this project, which evokes a similar atmosphere to the series Panchayat, starring Jitendra Kumar. The initial image showcases him gazing directly into the camera during the shoot, while the subsequent images are stills from the forthcoming series. Prime Video announced the production with the caption, "#GramChikitsalayaOnPrime, Now Filming."

Amol Parashar's looks in the stills

In the stills, Amol is seen wearing off-white trousers, a brown jacket, an off-white shirt, and a sweater. He sports a subtle moustache, styled hair, and sunglasses resting on his sweater.

His attire remains consistent in another still from the series, where he is dressed in black trousers and a sweater over what seems to be a navy-blue shirt. This look is captured in two images: one depicts him riding a motorcycle with two companions, while the other shows him running through a foggy environment.

Vinay Pathak, Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor also part of Gram Chikitsalaya

Vinay Pathak and Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor are also featured in Gram Chikitsalaya. Vinay appears in two distinct stills, dressed in grey trousers, a brown sweater layered with a black coat, and a shawl, while carrying a bag that suggests he is either departing from or arriving at an office.

Akanksha is showcased in a solo image, wearing a brown sweater over what looks like a red salwar kameez, complemented by a stoll. With her dusky complexion, she enhances her look with a bindi and opts for a nearly nude lip color. Her accessories are kept minimal, featuring only a few earrings, rings, and a bracelet.

Gram Chikitsalaya will be available on Prime Video, although the release date has yet to be announced.

Panchayat 4 in the works too

Notably, Jitendra Kumar's Panchayat 4 garnered attention recently. The fourth season of the series has commenced production as of October 29, 2024, and Jitendra has assured viewers that they will enjoy his portrayal of Sachiv Ji once again. However, the release date for this upcoming season has yet to be determined.
