Ibrahim Ali Khan is poised to make his debut in Bollywood alongside Khushi Kapoor in Karan Johar's upcoming film, Nadaaniyan. The title and first poster of the movie were revealed on Saturday morning. This film is set to premiere directly on Netflix. Additionally, it will be the directorial debut of Shauna Gautam, who previously served as an assistant director to Karan Johar on Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

The poster features Ibrahim and Khushi, both attired in casual clothing, seated on a green field in a semi-embrace while gazing into the camera. This poster was unveiled shortly after Karan Johar announced his intention to introduce Ibrahim through his production company, Dharmatic Entertainment. Additionally, Khushi hinted at her participation in the project by sharing a cryptic image of a mystery man, who has since been identified as Ibrahim, on her Instagram account on Friday evening.

A recent announcement from Netflix characterizes Nadaaniyan as a romantic narrative. The synopsis states: “There is an unparalleled thrill and unforgettable sensation associated with experiencing love for the first time. Netflix is pleased to introduce Nadaaniyan, a young adult romantic drama that encapsulates the enchantment, chaos, and purity of first love. Central to the story are Piya, a courageous and lively young woman from South Delhi, and Arjun, a resolute middle-class young man from Noida. As their distinctly different backgrounds intersect, they embark on a journey rich with playful antics, emotional depth, and the delightful complexities of first love.”

Nadaaniyan features performances by Mahima Chaudhary, Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza, and Jugal Hansraj. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra under the Dharmatic Entertainment label.

About Ibrahim Ali Khan

Ibrahim is the youngest offspring of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. His older sister, Sara Ali Khan, is also involved in the acting profession. Ibrahim commenced his cinematic career as an assistant director for the 2023 Dharma Productions film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, prior to transitioning into acting. His debut film, Nadaaniyan, is set to be released first, followed by Sarzameen. The film directed by Kayoze Irani also features Kajol in a prominent role.
