Visuals of Shah Rukh Khan's new residence have surfaced online, prompting fans to prepare for a vigil outside the new location. The actor and his family have temporarily vacated their renowned home, Mannat, which is undergoing renovations. They were recently seen arriving at a lavish apartment in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra, where they are expected to reside for approximately two years.

A recent video has surfaced online, revealing the new residence of the superstar. The footage features the luxurious building where the actor will reside with his family, including his wife Gauri Khan and their children—Suhana, Aryan, and Abram. They have moved into four floors of the Puja Casa building located in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra.

About Shah Rukh Khan's new home

Shah Rukh Khan has rented these floors from film producer Vashu Bhagnani. His company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani's son, Jackky Bhagnani, and his daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh, who jointly own the property known as Puja Casa.

According to sources, the four floors will serve as residence for the Khan family, along with their security personnel and staff, and will also include some office space. "While it is not as spacious as Mannat, there is sufficient room to accommodate his security and other employees," a source revealed. It is reported that he will pay a monthly rent of ₹24 lakh for the four floors.

Renovations at Mannat

Sources have indicated that renovation efforts at Mannat were scheduled to commence in May. This project includes a long-planned expansion of the bungalow, which required the actor to obtain permission from the court. Shah Rukh's Mannat is classified as a Grade III heritage structure, and any modifications to its structure can only proceed after obtaining the necessary approvals.
