A source previously informed Pinkvilla that Triptii Dimri is enthusiastic about working with Shahid Kapoor on this venture. "Triptii is eager to embark on this new journey alongside Shahid Kapoor. The film is set to begin production in January with an extensive shooting schedule, and the team hopes to finalize filming to bring the movie to theaters by the end of 2025," the source stated.
In the meantime, Triptii Dimri is actively engaged in the filming of the romantic drama Dhadak 2, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi. Produced by Dharma Productions, this film is the highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 success Dhadak. Conversely, Shahid Kapoor is set to appear next in Deva, directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, with the gripping action drama scheduled for release on January 31.
