Gyaarah Gyaarah, a race against time and crime

In the promo shared by the makers, Kritika Kamra asks if the viewers have set their time. They have to set the time to 11:11, to watch Zee5 and OTTplay Premium’s latest offering, Gyaarah Gyaarah.

Raghav Juyal says, "It's a race against time," thus describing what their latest release is all about. Dhairya Karwa adds, "And crime," thus talking about how the show helps solve a crime from the past to change the present time.

Why are the male leads in a race against time, and crime?

Gyaarah Gyaarah is inspired from the K-Drama Signal (out on Netflix). In case you have not seen the show, let us tell you the plot. A police officer is in the middle of a crime scene when the lights go off. Nothing works in the area, except a radio transmitter. The police offer talks on the walkie-talkie, till the time the light is back. Once the light comes back, he gets to know that the walkie-talkie has no battery to be able to talk through it. However, this officer is sure he spoke to a fellow police officer who went missing in the past. This officer now has the opportunity to unveil what really went down, that a senior cop went missing. With the present officer’s help, the senior officer also has an opportunity to come back in the present, apart from solving a crime he was involved in years ago. The series explores whether they can succeed in doing so. Gyaarah Gyaarah, specifically, sees the walkie-talkie get connected to the past world at 11:11 pm. A lady officer forms a team and gets involved in solving the mystery, for the senior officer is dear to her.

All episodes of Gyaarah Gyaarah are now streaming on Zee5 and OTTplay Premium.
