Call Me Bae has been getting positive responses ever since it was released. Prime Video recently announced that season 2 is in development. Amid this, one of the key cast members, Lisa Mishra who played the role of Harleen had an exclusive interview with OTTPlay where she opened up about her working experience with Ananya Panday. The singer-actress called Panday the 'kindest person' in the film industry.

In an exclusive interview with us, Lisa Mishra was asked to share her working experience with Ananya Panday in her debut project Call Me Bae.
Expressing her happiness, Lisa said that Ananya undoubtedly is the kindest person in this industry. She also called the actress 'sweet' and added that she has no ego.
"She walks onto the stage like everybody is equal even though she has done so many films. She is very experienced at this point. You don’t feel hierarchy when you are around her because she did a very good job of making everybody feel welcome. She is an incredible professional. She is the most rehearsed person," Lisa added.
Lisa further added, "Anytime anybody forgot a line, she knew their lines so she just has this great professionalism. Always on time, always prepared, knows every line, comes and delivers. She is very focused when the cameras are rolling."
Call Me Bae season 2 is in developement
On September 18, Prime Video shared a video to announce that the second season of Call Me Bae is in development. Featuring Ananya Panday, Gurfateh Pirzada, Lisa Mishra, Vihaan Samat, Varun Sood, and Muskkaan Jaferi, the second season is already building up anticipation.

Meanwhile, Call Me Bae's plot revolves around the titular character of Bae, whose life takes a bitter twist turn when she is downsized from a heiress to a hustler and discovers her true self irrespective of materialism. After being financially broke and juggling her career and love life, Bae navigates Mumbai's newsrooms and embarks on a challenging journey.
