The production team is reportedly aiming to begin shooting on February 5, 2025, coinciding with Dulquer Salmaan's first day on set.

The actor is anticipated to continue filming Aakasam Lo Oka Tara until the third week of February 2025, after which he will pause his involvement in the project to focus on his upcoming Malayalam film directed by Nahas Hidayath. Previous reports have suggested that Dulquer Salmaan is expected to collaborate once again with the well-known actress Sai Pallavi for this film, which is described as an emotional drama. However, recent updates indicate that Pavan Sadineni's film will feature a different actress in the role of the second female lead.
