A source close to the unit has revealed to us that Devara Part 2 will only go on floors in the first half of 2026. The makers are looking at February 2026 as the start date for Devara Part 2. The source adds that the script work for the film is currently in progress, and once it is finalized, the preparation for the film will begin
Also, since Jr NTR has War 2 and Prashanth Neel's film in the pipeline, the entire year of 2025 will be occupied with these projects. This news might be a bit disappointing for NTR fans, as they were expecting the shooting of Devara Part 2 to begin in the second half of 2025. However, that is not the case, as Devara Part 2 will go on floors in the first half of 2026 and is expected to be released by the end of that year.
There are reports that a few more characters will be added in the sequel. Jr NTR is investing heavily in this film as he is also a co-producer of Devara.
