Dev and Abhijit Sen's film's update came at last. Dev and Mithun, the hit pair of the film Projapoti, will be in the new film also. According to reports, Bangladeshi actress Tasnia Farin will team up with Dev. 

The trio, Dev as an actor and producer, Abhijit Sen as a director, and Atanu Roychoudhury as the producer, give hit films. Their three films, Tonic, Projapoti, and Pradhan, are superhits. Now the fourth film, Pratiksha, is coming. But it will not be released during the winter vacation. Dev's other film, Khadaan, will be released at that time. 

It was reported that Pratiksha will be a family drama. The shooting will start in November. Most of the shooting will take part in London, and the rest in Kolkata. Subhadip Das is writing the screenplay. 

It was initially heard that Prosenjit and Dev will team up for the film. But according to the latest update, Dev, Mithun, and Tasnia Farin will play the key roles. Now it remains to see when the film will be released. 

Dev recently finished the shooting of Tekka, directed by Srijit Mukherji. Swastika Mukherjee, Tota Roychoudhury, Rukmini Maitra, and Srija Dutta play other important roles in the film.
