The film 'Deccan Sarkar', directed by Kala Srinivas under the Kala Arts banner, recently celebrated the launch of its poster and teaser at the Telugu Film Chamber. The event was attended by Telangana activist Gade Innareddy and Pratani Ramakrishna Goud, President of the Telangana Film Chamber, who both extended their congratulations to the film's team.

During the event, Gade Innareddy expressed, “This film captures the essence of the struggles associated with the Telangana movement. Kala Srinivas has invested significant effort and resources into this project. Films that reflect such movements merit our collective support. I commend the entire team behind this film.”

Pratani Ramakrishna Goud added, “We should all embrace films of this nature. The performances by the cast have been outstanding. A single film can provide sustenance for numerous families. Hence, I hope for this film to achieve great success, and I offer my complete support for its release.”

Director Kala Srinivas remarked, “Telangana boasts a rich cultural heritage and stunning natural beauty. There is vast potential for storytelling within Telangana. More films rooted in Telangana's narrative must be produced. In this light, we have brought the Telangana movement to the forefront of cinema. I have chosen actors of commendable character for the roles in this film. The central theme revolves around the notion that struggles are relentless. The loss of remarkable individuals like Sai Chandu and Jai Srinu from Telangana is profoundly felt. Reflecting on the artists of the movement and my close companions during this moment is deeply moving. We will soon host a grand pre-release event for Deccan Sarkar in Nizamabad, and I earnestly request everyone to support our film. I am thankful to the guests, Telangana activists, and media representatives who attended the poster and teaser launch.”

Gharshana Srinivas remarked, “Kala Srinivas has dedicated immense effort to this film. His approach to crafting this movie is praiseworthy. We all must support this film to transform it from a modest project into a significant success.”

Actress Hema expressed her admiration for Director Kala Srinivas, stating, “He has exerted considerable effort in the creation of this film. Despite encountering financial obstacles, he has successfully delivered a commendable movie. We all must extend our support to it.” 

The audience commended Kala Srinivas for his remarkable skill in encapsulating 12 years of the movement within a two-hour cinematic experience. They recognized Deccan Sarkar as a film that reveals the essence of Telangana. Additionally, they praised his performance in the leading role, as well as his contributions to the story, screenplay, and direction.
