Based on the DC characters created by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner, Dead Boy Detectives will comprise of 8 episodes and stream on Netflix this summer. Supernatural’s Steve Yockey and Beth Schwartz of Sweet Tooth fame are showrunners of this supernatural comedy adventure. Dead Boy Detectives will be executive produced by the capable likes of Greg Berlanti, Jeremy Carver, and Sarah Schechter of You, Supernatural, and Riverdale fame.

Dead Boy Detectives will be released on Netflix from April 25, 2024, onward. Dead Boy Detectives plot
Dead Boy Detectives follows the titular agency’s cases and misadventures, run and solved by Edwin and Charles, with some help from Crystal and her friend Niko. The only twist being, Edwin and Charles are dead. They have been so for quite some time and are determined to remain on earth and solve paranormal mysterious cases, while evading the sharp eyes of Death herself.
Since the show will be a part of The Sandman-verse, one can hope to see some promising Easter eggs. Thanks to Crystal’s clairvoyance, the ghostly detective duo works hard to solve some of the mortal realm’s most bizarre and supernatural crimes. Dead Boy Detectives is filled with evil witches, ancient beings, demons, werewolves, and more, essayed by a talented, ensemble cast.
