According to Sacnilk, the film Mere Husband Ki Biwi garnered ₹1.5 crore on its opening day, which was Friday, 21 February. Although there were expectations for an increase in earnings on the second day due to favorable reviews from both critics and audiences, the film's performance remained unchanged. As reported by the trade tracking site, the film achieved ₹1.65 crore in box office revenue on its first Saturday, resulting in a cumulative total of ₹3.15 crore based on preliminary estimates.
On Saturday, the film experienced an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 10.34%, with 7.17% during morning screenings, 13.50% in the afternoon, and no attendance recorded for the evening and night shows. Additionally, it is contending with significant competition from Chhaava, featuring Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, and Akshaye Khanna, which has become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 to date, amassing over ₹300 crore globally since its release on 8 February.
