Crazxy box office collection on day three: Sohum Shah recently celebrated the successful theatrical re-release of his film Tumbbad. Subsequently, the actor's latest project, a thriller titled Crazxy, premiered on February 28, 2025. Although the film received a mixed response, it achieved a respectable opening of Rs 1.10 crore at the box office. On the second day, it experienced a slight increase, garnering Rs 1.55 crore. Crazy box office report day 3

Directed by Girish Kohli, the film Crazxy, featuring Sohum Shah in the role of Dr. Abhimanyu Sood, garnered a variety of responses following its release in theatres. After generating just over Rs 1 crore within the first two days, the thriller maintained its performance on the third day. As per preliminary estimates from Sacnilk, Crazxy, starring Sohum, has earned Rs 1.50 crore.

Crazxy has achieved a box office collection exceeding Rs 4 crore within its first three days. The future performance of the film at the box office remains uncertain. For those unfamiliar, Sohum co-produced this project in collaboration with Mukesh Shah, Aniket Jain, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad.

In addition to the aforementioned producers, the film features performances by Tinnu Anand, Shilpa Shukla, and Nimisha Sajayan. Crazxy faced competition from Superboys of Malegaon at the box office. While Crazxy received mixed reviews, Superboys of Malegaon was met with a more favorable reception.

Sohum Shah on Crazxy's journey

Meanwhile, in an interview with PTI, Sohum Shah revealed he was offered Crazxy in 2019. But it was only in 2022 when the actor started working on the thriller. "He (Girish Kohli) didn’t come to me asking to produce the film. He liked my work in Tumbbad. I really liked the script of Crazxy which came to me in 2019 and thought I will be able to pull it off but I would also produce it," shared Sohum.
