Committee Kurrollu clocks new records on ETV Win

Ever since the film started streaming on ETV Win, it has received a terrific response from the audience. We have now learned that the film is already nearing its 50 million streaming minutes. The makers have proudly announced that Committee Kurrollu made close to Rs 78 lakh gross on the first day of its streaming.

This is the first time in the Telugu OTT space that a streaming platform has announced the response in terms of money. This also shows what kind of a hit Committee Kurrollu ended on ETV Win. One of the sources close to the streaming platform has revealed to us that the subscriptions have doubled ever since Committee Kurrollu landed on ETV Win.

Committee Kurrollu was directed by Yadu Vamsi and had all newcomers in lead roles. Niharika Konidela produced the film on a meager budget and the film made three times the money. We have already reported that Committee Kurrollu made Rs 25 crore worldwide in its full run.

Niharika has landed a major profit thanks to this film and its OTT rights. Committee Kurrollu is about a group of eleven friends and how they get separated due to a very small issue related to caste. How they get back together is the basic story of the film.
