Vishwambhara, directed by Vassishta, was originally slated for release during Sankranthi 2025. According to exclusive information from OTTplay, Chiranjeevi has earmarked January 10, 2026, as the release date for this eagerly awaited film. The project is being produced by Sahu Garapati, who, along with Anil Ravipudi, is confident that it will serve as an ideal entertainer for the lucrative Sankranthi season.

While several major films are anticipated to vie for attention during the festival release, sources reveal that Chiranjeevi has already secured his release date. An official announcement is anticipated at the film's launch event. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, who is recognized for producing films with moderate budgets, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam was created with a budget of ₹54 crore and achieved a remarkable box office gross exceeding ₹300 crore. However, collaborating with a superstar like Chiranjeevi introduces different financial considerations, and reports indicate that Chiranjeevi has commanded a substantial fee for this project.

The film is projected to be completed within a six-month timeframe, featuring a leading actress in a significant role. Trade analysts, industry insiders, and fans are keenly interested in how Anil Ravipudi will portray Chiranjeevi in this endeavour.
