The anticipation around Chhaava's teaser is at its peak since it has started screening in theatres. Audiences, who watched Stree 2, have already seen the Vicky Kaushal-starrer teaser. But now, the teaser of Laxman Utekar's directorial is all set to drop online. Viicky shared an exciting update about Chhaava's teaser on his official Instagram account. The actor shared a new glimpse of his upcoming movie and confirmed Chhaava's teaser release date.

Chhaava teaser release date is out!

Vicky Kaushal shared a post about Chhaava on his social media handle. The actor simply dropped a glimpse of his movie title logo. In the caption, the Bollywood actor confirmed that the Chhaava teaser will be officially released on August 19, 2024. The caption to his IG post read, "TEASER OUT TOMORROW! (sic)." The Laxman Utekar film is a historical drama, based on the life of Maratha Emperor Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Vicky will be seen essaying the lead role in the film. Chhaava marks Kaushal's reunion with Laxman after the success of their film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.

Produced by Maddock Films, Chhaava also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, and Neil Bhoopalam. The film will feature Rashmika as Yesubai Bhonsale and Ashutosh Rana as Sarsenapati Hambirao Mohite. Akshaye Khanna will play the character of Aurangzeb while Divya will be seen as Soyarabai. As for Neil, his character details aren't known yet.

A.R Rahman has worked on the film's music. The movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 6, 2024. In April this year, Vicky wrapped up the Wai schedule for Laxman's film. The actor shared a picture on his IG story and penned, "What a schedule this has been! Wrap on Wai! gearing up for the next one (sic)."
