Chhava, featuring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna, is one of the most anticipated movies of 2025. Since the teaser dropped last year, fans have been buzzing over Vicky's portrayal of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Originally set to hit theaters in December 2024, the release was pushed back to February 2025, leaving many fans feeling let down. However, on the significant anniversary of Sambhaji Maharaj's coronation, the filmmakers announced the trailer release date, and now everyone online is super excited.

Vicky's earlier teaser really captured the unstoppable essence of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, and fans were blown away by his incredible transformation. Recently, the team announced on social media that the trailer is set to drop on January 22, 2025, along with an amazing new poster. In this poster, Vicky looks like a true monarch, decked out in royal attire and radiating intense energy, ready to bring the Maratha Empire's epic tale to the big screen.

When they shared the poster on Instagram, the creators said, "On 16th January 1681, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s Rajyabhishek ceremony marked the beginning of a legendary legacy! 344 years later, we bring his story of unshaken courage and glory to life. #ChhaavaTrailer out on 22nd January! Laxman Utekar is at the helm of Chhaava, produced by Maddock Films, featuring Akshaye Khanna in a key role. This film tells the story of a brave warrior whose coronation on this day back in 1681 kicked off an epic reign. Get ready to catch it in theaters on February 14, 2025!
