Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 6: As the box office performance of Chhaava, featuring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna, continues to soar, the film is reaching new heights with each passing day. Highly anticipated, it was originally set for a December 2024 release but was rescheduled to February to prevent competition with Pushpa 2: The Rule. This strategic decision has proven to be advantageous, enabling Chhaava to enhance its market presence. After just six days in theaters, the film has not only exceeded the ₹200 crore mark but has also outperformed Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi among releases following the pandemic.

Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Pictures, Chhaava is inspired by the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire, who reigned from 1681 to 1689. The film is produced on a grand scale and features Rashmika Mandanna in the role of Yesubai Bhonsale, Divya Dutta as Sambhaji Maharaj's stepmother Soyarabai, and Akshaye Khanna portraying Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. The movie was released in Indian theaters on February 14, 2025.

As reported by Sacnilk, on its sixth day, Chhaava has exceeded its Day 1 earnings of ₹31 crore, accumulating approximately ₹32 crore. This achievement elevates the film’s total collection to over ₹200 crore, establishing it as one of the most significant box office successes in the post-pandemic era. As it concludes its first week, if it continues at this rate, Chhaava may set a new record.

Chhaava Beats Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi

Chhaava has demonstrated remarkable success, outpacing many films, particularly Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi, which accumulated ₹195.04 crore over its entire run. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi was among the top-grossing films following the pandemic; however, Chhaava is poised to significantly exceed its earnings by the end of its theatrical release.
