Marvel Television is really ramping things up for fans, gearing up to launch a bunch of exciting new shows on their streaming service in collaboration with Disney+. Over the last year, the buzz around Charlie Cox returning as the Man Without Fear in his own series has only grown, and now we’re just waiting for the big day when it finally drops. But then it came out that the creators decided to split those episodes into two separate seasons, each with 9 episodes. Interestingly, they confirmed that the second season will start production before the first one even hits Disney+. Shortly after, there were reports that Marvel is already working on a third season.

Now, Daniel Richtman, the well-known scooper, has mentioned that Season 3 of Daredevil: Born Again hasn't been officially approved yet. The decision hinges on how well the first two seasons are received. He also teased some major cameos for the second season, though he didn’t spill the beans on who they might be. Fans are hoping these cameos will include some big names that tie Matt Murdock into the larger MCU storyline.

Charlie Cox Talks About What's Next for Daredevil: Born Again

Charlie Cox shared his excitement about the show, saying, “I feel refreshed and really fortunate to still have the chance to portray this character.” He added, “As an actor, you rarely get to experience such a wide range of roles. I get to do all this amazing stuff as a lawyer, dive into emotional scenes with different love interests, and then rock an incredible superhero suit while leaping off rooftops. I enjoy every bit of it.”

He humorously noted, “Usually, by the time you hit your tenth year with a character, you’re starting to slow down, but we’re actually ramping up.” He quipped, “I wonder which will give out first, Marvel’s trust in us or our bodies!” When asked about a possible crossover with the Avengers, he simply said, "That would be awesome." It’s clear he’s keeping tight-lipped about any details, but all signs suggest he might be joining the Avengers soon.

In Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again, we’ll see Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer portrayed by Charlie Cox, who has some serious skills and also moonlights as a vigilante fighting for justice through his busy law practice. Right now, he’s taking a break from his vigilante life and focusing on being just Matt. Meanwhile, Wilson Fisk, aka the Kingpin, is now the mayor of New York and is determined to put an end to vigilantes. But neither of them can escape their pasts, and it’s all about to catch up with them, leading to an inevitable showdown that everyone will be watching.

The cast of the series includes Margarita Levieva, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, along with Ayelet Zurer and Jon Bernthal. Dario Scardapane is the showrunner for Daredevil: Born Again. The show is scheduled to debut on Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar in India starting March 4, 2025.
