Jess stated, "We are thrilled to have Anthony returning—Johnny Bailey. I can also share for the first time today that Simone Ashley will be back as well. Thus, Kanthony will reunite, allowing us to witness more of their marital happiness and their new baby, which promises to be quite enjoyable. [Penelope] will experience a new dynamic with Queen Charlotte, given her knowledge of Whistledown's identity, and her relationship with Lady Danbury will also play a significant role in the narrative."
