Bhuvan Bam's Taaza Khabar season 2 has finally become the most viewed OTT original of the week. The series reigns as the champion this week, with the highest views any series has touched on OTT so far, at least the ones revealed for Ormax Media. Yes, Taaza Khabar S2 has also defeated The Great Indian Kapil Show in the week of September 30-October 6, and how!

Taaza Khabar S2 the reigning champion

Despite mixed reviews, many people streamed Taaza Khabar season 2, featuring Bhuvan Bam in the lead role, this week. The series was streamed by 5.2 million people. The series has no competition this week, since it earned nearly 1 million more veiws than The Rings of Power S2 (4.5 million views).

The Great Indian Kapil Show's ranking falls

The Great Indian Kapil Show, featuring comedian Kapil Sharma as the host, was the top OTT original last week. It dropped by two ranks and is the third most viewed this week with 3.5 million streams. Ananya Panday's CTRL came fourth on the list with 2.6 million views. School Friends season 2 ranked fifth with 2.5 million views.

Sector 36 no longer in top 5

Vikrant Massey's Sector 36 also fell out of top five OTT originals of the week. The movie ranked sixth with 2.2 million views. Sobhita Dhulipala's Love, Sitara ranked seventh with 1.8 million views.

The Penguin at the bottom of the list

Colin Farrell-starrer The Penguin, backed by The Batman maker Matt Reeves, ranked ninth on the list with 1.7 million views. The series has just begun a few weeks back and is ongoing, since it releases one episode every week. While both The Great Indian Kapil Show and Sector 36 dropped down the ranks, Asha Negi's Honeymoon Murders rose up from the last spot to the eighth rank with 1.7 million views. Unfortunately, Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam also came last on the list with 1.6 million views.
