Raj & DK are the directors of two hit OTT series, The Family Man and Farzi. The first season of the Shahid Kapoor-led series last year hinted at a potential crossover with the Manoj Bajpayee-led show. Now, Farzi actor Bhuvan Arora has almost confirmed it.

Bhuvan Arora confirms crossover and teases Raj & DK's next project

In an interview with HT City, Arora said Rakht Brahmand will be Raj and DK's next project after The Family Man 3 wraps. In the Farzi crossover, Vijay Sethupathi's character paid a visit to Tiwari's (Bajpayee's) office. The third season of The Family Man will also feature a connection between the two series. However, he is unable to discuss it at this time.

Arora further explained that everyone is busy right now with their individual projects, including Raj & DK, Shahid, and him, providing an update on Farzi's second season. They want to start filming next year.

If one were to mention to Arora that Western countries produce new seasons of their television shows on a yearly basis, while India has a long hiatus between seasons, he would respond that this is because both industries function differently. In this region, studios typically approve a new season after the previous one's success, whereas in the West, they often request three seasons simultaneously.

Arora is currently involved in three OTT series in addition to his debut feature in Tamil. In his parting words, he said that it would be enjoyable to see himself in Tamil on screen. He has done the dubbing for it.

Bhuvan Arora on the importance of great writing in Farzi

Earlier, in an interview with OTTplay, when Arora was asked about his role in Farzi, the actor exclusively told us, "It has to go hand in hand. No actor can shine without great writing. If there's great writing and there's not even a good performer on board, then great writing is wasted. There was definitely really great writing from Sita Menon and Suman Kumar; nobody can take away from what they've done for the show. And that's the backbone; we all believe that script is the show's backbone. So it was definitely written in a certain way."

Kabir Khan's Chandu Champion, starring Kartik Aaryan, featured Arora in a brief role.
