The cast of Bhavani Ward 1997 includes Gayatri Gupta, alongside prominent actors such as Ganesh Reddy, Pooja Kendre, Sai Satish, Jabardasth Appa Rao, and Eshwar Babu Dhulipudi in significant roles.
