Bhaiyya Ji box office collection day 3 - Apoorv Singh Karki's film, Bhaiyya Ji, marked Manoj Bajpayee's 100th film. The actor previously collaborated with the director on Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, which had a limited theatrical release. Regarding Bhaiyya Ji, the revenge drama was released in cinemas on May 24, 2024, and got a slow start at the box office. Though it witnessed a slight jump on day 2, no substantial growth was seen for the movie on day three.

Bhaiyya Ji box office report day 2

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Bhaiyya Ji got an opening of Rs 1.35 crore, followed by the Manoj Bajpayee-starrer minting Rs 1.75 crore. On day three, the Apoorv Singh Karki directori al earned Rs 1.90 crore. The total box office collection of Bhaiyya Ji now stands at Rs 5 crore.

Bhaiyya Ji got a mixed reception from the audiences and critics. It could be one of the reasons the film hasn't worked well at the box office so far. For the uninitiated, Manoj's last project Silence 2: The Night Owl Bar Shootout, released on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium, didn't tick well with the masses as well.

Manoj Bajpayee on discovering love for action and stunts

For Bhaiyya Ji, Manoj Bajpayee had to perform stunts for some action sequences. When India Today asked the actor if he discovered his love for action, Manoj stated he did realise it but with a lot of pain. He revealed he often got injured and had soreness in his body. 

"The challenge was to really treat it well and be ready for the next action the next day. Those were the challenges that I had to face every day and excel every time. The fact is that I have never been trained in action. It was S Vijayan, our action director, and my director, Apoorva Singh Karki, whose faith was immense in me," he said.
