Aparshakti Khurana plays the role of a sign expert in the film Berlin. The actor is gaining a lot of praise for his character in the spy thriller film, which was released in September 2024. After premiering at various festivals, the film is currently streaming on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. Today, October 2, the streaming platform shared a new promo of Berlin featuring the Aparshakti.

Taking to their official Instagram handle, ZEE5 shared a new captivating promo of Berlin. In the clip, we can see Aparshakti Khurana speaking about how the life of his character Pushkin changes from being a sign language teacher in a classroom to a sign language expert in an interrogation room. The video also shares some glimpses of how his character goes through mentally through this journey.

Along with Aparshakti Khurana, Berlin features an interesting cast, including Rahul Bose, Kabir Bedi, and Ishwak Singh. Talking about the cast of the film, Aparshakti Khurana told Zoom: "Kabir sir, Rahul sir, Ishwak, and I all come from very different cinematic backgrounds, but that’s the charm of collaborating. I think that’s also what makes Berlin a unique film—the casting itself. Four actors from diverse backgrounds coming together in a particular world, and I think it’s something people should really look forward to."
Berlin is a story set in New Delhi during the winter of 1993 that follows the arrest of Ashok Kumar (Ishwak Singh), a young man who is deaf and mute and is suspected of being an international spy. When Pushkin Verma (Aparshakti Khurana), a skilled sign language expert takes over the case and interrogates him, the case takes a twist, and he becomes involved in a web of intrigue. Meanwhile, Jagdish Sondhi (Rahul Bose) is seen as an intelligence officer who is more than what meets the eye.
The spy thriller film is written and directed by Atul Sabharwal, and produced by Zee Studios and Yippie Ki Yay Motion Pictures.
