Balu Gani Talkies is the latest Aha original, which has been aggressively promoted in the last few days. The Aha film will premiere on September 13, 2024, and the trailer is out in the open and looks funny, dramatic, and inspiring. Young actor Shiva Ramachandravarapu plays the main lead in this film and he plays the character of Balu who runs a small talkies in his village.

Balu Gani Talkies trailer review

The theater is given to him by his dad and Balu does not have enough money to run it. To bring back its past glory, Balu airs adult films in his talkies and gets into a lot of trouble. Then a time comes when a Balakrishna film is all set to release. Balu has no choice but to make things work by airing the Balayya movie in his talkies. But to do all this, he needs to find money.

This is the basic story of the film and Shiva Ramachandravarapu is perfect in the role of Balu. The small-town culture, the issues that one faces in the family, and how men look down upon girls are highlighted in the trailer. Written and directed by Vishwanath Prathap, Balu Gani Talkies also has popular actor, Raghu Kunche in a negative role.

The locations chosen, the supporting cast and the interesting concept suits the mood of the OTT audience in a perfect manner. All these years, Shiva Ramachandravarapu has been only doing negative roles and he has turned hero with Balu Gani Talkies.

This is a big chance for him to prove himself as an actor. Aditya BN has composed the music for this village drama which also has actress Saranya Pradeep in an important role. She is high on the success of her new film Ambajipeta Marriage Band and we need to see what kind of a role she has in Balu Gani Talkies.

For now, the promo looks interesting and all those who love slice-of-life dramas with a village backdrop can give this film a shot on September 13, 2024, on Aha. Watch this space for more updates.
