The box office collection for Badass Ravikumar on its first day has been reported. Directed by Keith Gomes and produced by Himesh Reshammiya Melodies, this film serves as a spin-off of the 2014 movie The Xpose. As per Sacnilk, the film, featuring Himesh Reshammiya, garnered approximately ₹2.49 crore net in India on its debut day.

The website indicates that the film has reportedly garnered a net collection of ₹2.49 crore in India based on preliminary estimates. It achieved an overall occupancy rate of 14.55%, with morning shows at 13.09%, afternoon shows at 13.80%, and evening shows at 16.75%. Notably, the film outperformed Loveyapa, the star vehicle of Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, which earned approximately ₹1.33 crore net.

In anticipation of this performance, a distributor commented to Hindustan Times earlier today, “Considering the competition it has faced, the film is performing exceptionally well. In several locations, exhibitors are contemplating whether to replace Loveyapa with Ravikumar.” The film has shown strong results in tier-2 and tier-3 markets as well as single-screen theatres. It will be intriguing to observe whether Badass Ravikumar can maintain its lead over Loveyapa throughout the weekend.

According to a review by the Hindustan Times, “This film is an assault on not just the villain but our senses too with common sense taking the worst beating. But Himesh makes it clear right at the beginning: logic optional, in capital letters. So one can’t even blame him for the atrocity he has pulled off here. One feels helpless as a movie critic because he has a comeback ready.”
