Bad Newz trailer is finally unveiled, and it is the biggest surprise of the day. The trailer has many hidden gems, all of which point to Vicky Kaushal. With that, the actor steals the show among Tripti Dimrii and Ammy Virk. PS: Katrina Kaif makes a cameo too, but in a unique way.

Tripti Dimrii is clueless about who is the father of her unborn baby. Neha Dhupia is her friend who tries to figure it out together. Just when she argues if Sherlock Holmes will have to come to reveal the truth, they learn about paternity test.

Just Vicky Kaushal shining bright

Vicky Kaushal gets introduced as the hot boy swimming in the sea. Here, he is seen as the good-looking Punjabi boy. In the role of Akhil, he is always high on energy. When learning that he might be the father of the child, his reaction is unmissable. Unaware that somebody else is in her life, he has an epic reaction even as she reveals about the paternity test.

Ammy Virk, Hero No. 2

Ammy Virk’s introduction is like a tiger. Everything that follows is on similar lines, but Vicky still steals the show with his dialogue, “Matlab tune starter wahan khaaya aur main course mere saath kiya.”

Just then we are presented to a song from the movie, followed by a terminology that is beyond anybody’s understanding. By some twist of fate, both the men are the father of the child. On hearing so, Akhil asks for a super over (cricket terminology). The men being men, there is a moment when they fight it out. The fight is through push-ups.

All amazing references in the film, including Katrina Kaif’s cameo

The film has the revised version of Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam from Shah Rukh Khan-Juhi Chawla-Sonali Bendre’s film, Duplicate. Not just that, there are two Tiger references. You guessed it, one is Tiger Shroff. Katrina Kaif also makes a cameo in the film, and Vicky has the perfect dialogue to it. Channa Mereya and Bareilly Ki Barfi references also make it to the trailer. Just then, Vicky’s film Manmarziyan is mentioned and that takes the cake.

The movie is helmed by Anand Tiwari and will be out on July 19.
