The streaming platform announced that it will be available starting April 4. Additionally, the film can also be accessed on SunNXT, which is part of the OTTplay Premium offerings.

Baby and Baby tells the story of two couples who are preparing to present their newborns to their grandparents. However, an unexpected mix-up leads to the infants being swapped. The film features a prominent cast, including Jai, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu, Pragya Nagra, and Sai Dhanyaa in key roles. Produced by B. Yuvaraj, the musical score is crafted by D Imman, while TP Sarathy handles the cinematography. The editing is managed by K Anandhalingakumar.
