Four days have passed since the theatrical release of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha on August 2, yet the film's box office performance remains disappointingly stagnant. The dynamic duo—Ajay Devgn and Tabu, whose on-screen chemistry has ignited the silver screen in previous collaborations like Drishyam, De De Pyaar De and Bholaa, appears to be struggling to recapture its former magic. The pair’s compelling connection seems insufficient to impress the audience this time.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha day 4 collection

The romantic drama somehow managed to earn just Rs. 1 crore at the box office yesterday, on Monday. This marked a significant drop from its third day collection, which was Rs. 2.75 crore, which itself was a slight increase from the second day’s collection of Rs. 2.15 crore. The film is disappointing from the very beginning. It collected Rs. 1.85 crore on its opening day. Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’s gross collection till now is Rs. 7.75 crore so far.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and Ulajh’s competition

The Ajay Devgn and Tabu-starrer is currently locked in a box office battle with Janhvi Kapoor’s thriller drama, Uljah. The latter, which had generated substantial anticipation amount both the makers and audiences alike, has also faced challenging start at the ticket window. Despite high hopes invested in the Sudhanshu Saria-directorial, it has managed to garner a mere Rs. 60 lakhs in its fourth day of release, indicating a worse situation than Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.
