It has been widely reported that the relationship between Nilanjana and Jisshu U Sengupta is on the rocks. Sources say that a divorce is impending. There is a rumor of a new woman in Jisshu’s life. However, none of them has made any official statement. Amid this, Nilanjana posted a photo on Instagram and wrote ‘That’s our last photo together’. 

The photo shows Nilanjana holding her mother’s hand. Her mother was veteran actress Anjana Bhowmik. She wrote, “Technically…That’s our last photo together…Till we meet again…I love you, Mummy…In every lifetime please be my mother. #7 months.” 

Anjana, aged 79, breathed her last in April. 

Jisshu and Nilanjana remained silent about the divorce. Nilanjana posted something suggestive, but Jisshu never uttered a word. It is heard that Nilanjana introduced Sinal Surti to her husband and let her stay at their house. But she never imagined that this friend would be the homebreaker, as sources said. Nilanjana’s father was also saddened at the news. It was also heard that Jisshu grew distant from Nilanjana’s sister Chandana, too.
