Pushpa 2 has recently become available for streaming on OTT platforms, having made its debut on January 30, 2025. The film, featuring Allu Arjun, has experienced a remarkable launch on Netflix. As per the most recent information, the Telugu version has achieved over 6 million views and is presently ranked second in Netflix’s non-English category. This indicates the significant reception that Pushpa 2 has garnered on the platform.

Since the announcement of the OTT release date, there has been considerable excitement regarding the film, with elevated expectations for its streaming success from the outset. The Bengali version has also been released and has commenced with a strong performance.

An additional 22 minutes have been incorporated into the final runtime of the film titled Pushpa 2 Reloaded, resulting in a total duration of 3 hours and 44 minutes for the OTT version. Among the various elements of the film being analyzed, the climax has emerged as a particularly prominent topic of discussion. The scene in which Allu Arjun engages in combat with his hands bound has captivated audiences.

Allu Arjun's extraordinary performance has garnered widespread acclaim, and the film's popularity in Western markets continues to escalate. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in significant roles. The music for the film was composed by DSP, and it was produced by Mythri Movie Makers with a budget surpassing Rs 500 crore.

Allu Arjun maintains a low profile post Pushpa 2's release

Allu Arjun was regrettably unable to fully enjoy the success of his film due to his arrest related to the Sandhya Theater stampede incident. After spending a night in custody, he was granted bail but faced temporary restrictions on his travel outside the country. Fortunately, he has now resolved all legal matters and has commenced work on his next film, which is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas.

This forthcoming project is a mythological period drama, in which Allu Arjun is expected to portray Lord Kartikeya. The film is being produced by Naga Vamsi in collaboration with his uncle Chinna Babu under the Haarika & Hassine Creations banner.
