According to the most recent announcement from the film's producers, Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 2 has achieved a remarkable box office collection of ₹ 1409 crores. The producers conveyed this information with the statement: “The BIGGEST INDIAN FILM is on a rampage at the box office. #Pushpa2TheRule grosses 1409 CRORES GROSS WORLDWIDE in 11 days.”

This substantial earnings report in its second week indicates that Pushpa 2 has surpassed the total lifetime earnings of SS Rajamouli's RRR. Featuring Ram Charan and NTR Jr in the principal roles, I achieved a lifetime gross of ₹1309 crore. It will be intriguing to observe whether Pushpa 2 can exceed the lifetime collections of Rajamouli's other hit, Baahubali 2, which stands at ₹1790 crore, as well as Aamir Khan's Dangal, which amassed approximately ₹2,000 crore.

Pushpa 2 was released in theatres on December 5. It previously surpassed the lifetime earnings of Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan. The film's debut also made headlines due to a tragic incident where a female fan lost her life after attending a screening, succumbing to injuries sustained in a stampede. Allu Arjun was taken into custody with the fan's death during the premiere last week. He was released from jail on Saturday morning, and several celebrities visited him at his home following his release.

Pushpa 2: The Rule serves as a sequel to Sukumar’s successful 2011 film, Pushpa: The Rise. Allu Arjun reprises his role as Pushpa Raj, joined by Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli and Fahadh Faasil as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. The third instalment of the series has been titled Pushpa 3: The Rampage.
