Following Rashmika Mandanna's stunning appearance, the team behind Chhaava, Maddock Films, has released a striking poster featuring Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb. While many fans are loving it, some are saying he "resembles Amitabh Bachchan at first sight."

On Tuesday, Maddock Films shared Akshaye Khanna’s look as Aurangzeb in Chhaava on X (formerly Twitter). The poster shows Akshaye with a fierce gaze, staring down his foes, his hair falling across his face. In a different poster, he’s rocking the Mughal crown, perfectly capturing the essence of the merciless ruler.

The post read, “Darr aur dehshat ka naya chehra (The new face of fear and terror) - Check out #AkshayeKhanna as Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, the merciless leader of the Mughal Empire! #ChhaavaTrailer drops tomorrow. Hitting theaters on February 14, 2025.”

Akshaye Khanna's new look quickly caught fire online, sparking a mix of reactions from fans. Some were all about his intense transformation, while others noted he kinda looked like Amitabh Bachchan at first glance. One fan commented, "What if this is Akshaye Khanna’s big comeback? The OG is definitely back." A Reddit user added, "Why does he give me Amitabh Bachchan vibes right off the bat?" Another chimed in, "He looks pretty convincing." About Chhaava

Laxman Utekar is at the helm of Chhaava, produced by Dinesh Vijan through Maddock Films. This period drama stars Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Rashmika Mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, and Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb. It's a gripping story about a brave warrior whose coronation in 1681 kicked off an epic reign.
