Actor Ajith, who is currently shooting for two film films Good Bad Ugly and Vidaamuyarchi, is on his A game. While the actor, who is known to shoot only one film at a time, is now balancing multiple projects, it is now reported that Ajith is all set to join hands with director Prashanth Neel for not one, but two films. Excited? Here is everything reported about the project.

Ajith Kumar to collaborate with Prashanth Neel?

As per a DT Next report, it is said that Ajith Kumar will be working with Prashanth Neel of KGF fame, for two films, which will be produced by Vijay Kirangadur under Hombale Films. The report further added that the director, who is currently working on Salaar 2, had met Ajith during the latter's break from Vidaamuyarchi shooting. However, what makes it further interesting is that Prashanth has been planning to make a standalone film with Ajith, and another project which will be included in the KGF universe.

This means Ajith's character in the KGF universe will have a big weightage in the film franchise and there are possibilities that Yash and Ajith will share screen space for the first time and it will be under Prashanth Neel's directorial. So far, no official announcement has been made on the same.

Ajith Kumar’s upcoming line up

Ajith Kumar is currently working on two films, Good Bad Ugly and Vidaamuyarchi. Vidaamuyarchi is touted to be an action thriller and is directed by filmmaker Magizh Thirumeni. The film is expected to have a theatrical release this year. Trisha plays the female lead. 

On the other hand, the actor is also working with filmmaker Adhik Ravichandran for a film titled Good Bad Ugly. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the team is targeting a January 2025 release for the occasion of Pongal. The casting for the film is yet to be announced.
