Tovino Thomas’ action fantasy adventure Ajayante Randam Moshanam has finally got its OTT release. The Malayalam film, which has grossed over Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office and had the Minnal Murali star in a triple role is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

The film, which is available to watch in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi, dropped on the streaming platform at 12am on November 8 – almost two months after its theatrical release during the festive season of Onam, when it took on Asif Ali’s superhit Kishkindha Kaandam. 

Where to watch Ajayante Randam Moshanam on OTT?

The makers of the film had last week announced that the film’s OTT rights were bagged by Disney+ Hotstar. With the Diwali season also seeing the release of several big films including Sivakarthikeyan’s Amaran and Dulquer Salmaan’s Lucky Baskhar, this meant that Ajayante Randam Moshanam, which ran in select theatres in Kerala for over 50 days, was finally coming to an end.

Those who have missed watching the movie starring Tovino, whose movies such as Minnal Murali and 2018: Everyone Is A Hero expanded his fanbase across the country, will be able to stream the film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi too.

Reasons to stream Ajayante Randam Moshanam this weekend

The movie is a fantasy adventure set in three time periods – in the 1700s, 1950s and 1990s. Tovino plays the role of Kunjikelu, a brave warrior, Maniyan, an expert thief, and Ajayan, a misunderstood electrician, in the movie, which addresses caste politics while also serving dollops of action sequences through its three characters.

Its filmmaker Jithin Laal has also created a world – with Chiyothikavu – where the ancient folklore heroes, urban legends and even alien connections can co-exist. The movie also benefits from strong performances from actors such as Basil Joseph, Kriti Shetty, Surabhi Lakshmi, Rohini and Harish Uthaman.

Ajayante Randam Moshanam is also a film that would appeal to all age groups, making it a perfect action adventure to stream this weekend on Disney+ Hotstar.
