Ajayante Randam Moshanam aka ARM, the long-awaited period fantasy film which stars Tovino Thomas in the lead role, finally hit the theatres on September 12, 2024. The movie, directed by newcomer Jithin Laal, has been receiving positive reviews from both the audiences and critics. As expected, ARM has performed exceptionally well at the worldwide box office on Day 1. The recent updates suggest that Ajayante Randam Moshanam has now emerged as the biggest solo opener of Tovino Thomas to date.

According to the latest reports from the trade experts, Ajayante Randam Moshanam has reportedly touched the Rs. 6 crore mark at the worldwide box office, on its Day 1 at the theatres. Thus, the movie has emerged as Tovino Thomas’ biggest solo box office opener, to date. If the recent updates are to be believed, ARM has made a total collection of around Rs. 2.8 crore from the Kerala box office alone on its Day 1. The all-India collection, on the other hand, has reportedly crossed Rs. 3.8 crore mark.

While considering the excellent reviews and word-of-mouth publicity, Ajayante Randam Moshanam is confirmed to have an extraordinary first weekend at the worldwide box office. The long weekend and Onam season is expected to favour the Tovino Thomas starrer, which is confirmed to cross the Rs. 10 crore mark on its Day 2 at the box office. While considering the exceptional advance booking rate and additional show count, ARM might cross the Rs. 25 crore within the first weekend.

For the uninitiated, Tovino Thomas appears in a triple role in ARM, as Ajayan, burglar Maniyan, and warrior Kunji Kelu, the three men from the same bloodline who lived in different time periods. Krithi Shetty plays Ajayan’s love interest Lakshmi in the film, which stars Aishwarya Rajesh, Harish Uthaman, Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Rohini, Jagadeesh, Nisthar Sait, Pramod Shetty, Aju Varghese, Sudheesh, and others in supporting roles.
