Sikandar, featuring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, is among the most eagerly awaited films of 2025. Since its announcement, the project has attracted significant attention. Fans are keenly anticipating further updates. Recently, a new report has heightened excitement surrounding the film, revealing that Salman recorded a post-credit song, which was a last-minute inclusion.

Sikandar post-credit song

Following the conclusion of his filming for an international movie in Saudi Arabia, Salman Khan returned to Mumbai on February 24 to commence shooting for Sikandar. The production team decided to incorporate a post-credits song at the eleventh hour. This sequence is currently being filmed at Royal Gold Studios in Film City, Goregaon.

A source affiliated with the production disclosed, “Although the song was added at the last moment, both Salman and producer Sajid Nadiadwala believed it would effectively engage the audience. The filming is being conducted on an extravagant scale and will play a crucial role in the promotional campaign.”

An insider from the film’s crew added, "Songs have usually played a big role in Salman’s films, be it Jumme ki raat or Swag se swagat. This track is expected to have a high recall value.”

Salman Khan to play dual roles in Sikandar?

Dainik Bhaskar previously announced that Salman Khan is poised to portray a dual role in AR Murugadoss' film, Sikandar. In this production, he will assume the role of a businessman. While his character is depicted as generous and compassionate, he has a history as a 'Dabangg.' Consequently, Khan's character leads a double life, with the titular character representing one aspect of his existence.

On April 11, 2024, Salman Khan announced via his Instagram account that the film Sikandar is set to be released during Eid 2025. Accompanying the announcement was the film's poster, in which he expressed, “This Eid, enjoy ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ and ‘Maidaan,’ and come meet Sikandar next Eid…. Wishing everyone a joyous Eid Mubarak! #SajidNadiadwala Presents #Sikandar Directed by @a.r.murugadoss @nadiadwalagrandson @wardakhannadiadwala #SikandarEid2025.”

Sikandar is directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
