Adios Amigo streaming on Netflix
Before the film's theatrical release, Netflix acquired the digital streaming rights to the Nahas Nazar-directorial. After an adequate run in theatres, moviegoers and fans of both stars were anticipating the film's digital release by the end of September. However, the makers' announcement of releasing it online earlier came as a surprise to the fans. The film is currently available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada on the platform.
The two latest films of Asif Ali, Kasargold and A Ranjith Cinema, are also available for streaming on the same over-the-top service. Thalavan, the actor's other most recent film, is also scheduled to release digitally. Jis Joy's investigative thriller will be accessible on Sony LIV starting September 10.
What is Asif Ali's Adios Amigo all about?
The movie was originally slated to hit theatres on August 2, but it was delayed in remembrance of everyone who perished in the July landslides in Wayanad. The preview for the movie suggests that it revolves around two odd people who meet, travel together, and ultimately become friends. The movie's light-hearted plot and actors won plaudits even if its run in theatres was not highly lucrative.
After they get back together, they set out on an impromptu adventure that results in several hilarious misadventures. The movie is about their camaraderie, adventure, and unanticipated hurdles, according to the two-minute trailer. Shine Tom Chacko, Anagha, Ganapathy, Althaf Salim, Jinu Joseph, Muthumani, and Riaa Saira are among the supporting cast members.
The story of the film is set in Thiruvananthapuram. Thankam wrote the script for the movie, which is being marketed as a full-fledged dramedy. Ashiq Usman had bankrolled the film.
