A Times of India article reveals that actors Siddharth and Abhay Verma are set to appear in "Safed Sagar," a fresh Netflix series focused on the Indian Air Force's operations during the 1999 Kargil War. Directed by O ni Sen, this series will highlight the courage and skill of the Indian Armed Forces, diving into the strategic airstrikes that were executed to push back Pakistani troops during the mission.

Oni Sen, who gained fame as the creator and director of Asur, is leading the charge on this new series. Safed Sagar, inspired by Operation Safed Sagar, will portray the significant 47-day mission where the Indian Air Force effectively drove out Pakistani troops from the Indian side of the Line of Control (LoC).
