Sabdham, an anticipated Tamil film featuring actor Aadhi Pinisetty in the principal role, is scheduled for release in February. The official release date has been confirmed, with the film set to premiere on February 28, 2025. This horror thriller is directed by Arivazhagan.

It has been previously reported that actor Aadhi Pinesetty and director Arivazhagan are set to collaborate once more following their critically acclaimed horror film, Eeram. The pair are now working on another horror project titled Sabdham, which is scheduled for theatrical release on February 28, as announced by the producers in celebration of Christmas.

This film, categorized as a horror thriller, features a cast that includes Lakshmi Menon, Laila, Redin Kinglsey, and Simran. Notably, Arivazhagan is making his debut as a producer with Sabdham, which he is producing under his banner, Aalpha Frames, in partnership with 7G Films. The film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

The technical team for Sabdham includes music composed by S Thaman, cinematography by Arun Bathmanaban, and editing by VJ Sabu. Arivazhagan has previously collaborated with Thaman on films such as Eeram, Vallinam, and Aarathu Sinam.

While awaiting the release of Sabdham, consider revisiting Arivazhagan’s Eeram, a horror film that premiered in 2009. The cast includes Aadhi Pinisetty, Nandha, Sindhu Menon, Saranya Mohan, Srinath, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, and Krishna, among others.

This film marked the director's inaugural venture and received support from Shankar. Eeram has since gained recognition as one of the most critically acclaimed horror films. The narrative follows a police officer investigating the death of his former girlfriend. The musical score by S Thaman, along with the film's songs, received significant praise.
