Happy birthday, Prabhudeva! It has become a tradition of sorts now to treat fans of an actor with special announcements of their projects or a new look from a film. This continues today as actor, filmmaker, and choreographer Prabhudeva celebrates his birthday. He will be seen next in Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time and the team has released a poster of the actor from the movie and we cannot keep calm!

In the new poster, Prabhudeva is seen with a rather devilish smile, while in the background, one can see his shadow holding a gun. This gives huge hints that the actor will be seen in an all-new avatar in The GOAT and we simply cannot wait to see this materialise on the big screen.

The new poster has created quite a buzz on social media, with fans going gaga over it . Fans who have been waiting for an update from the makers of director Venkat Prabhu's film are thrilled with the treat and are waiting to see what Prabhudeva delivers in the sci-fi action thriller.

Prabhudeva is part of Vijay’s squad in The GOAT

An earlier squad poster that was released by the makers of The GOAT featured Vijay along with his ‘squad members’, which include Prabhudeva, Prashanth, and Ajmal Ameer. They are all seen in commando uniforms in the still.

“Meet #TheGOATsquad,” wrote director Venkat Prabhu, who dropped the special poster on his official social media handles. However, the makers have yet to reveal the characters’ identities or any other details about Vijay’s squad members.

Will Prabhudeva play a mole or Vijay’s loyal confidant in The Greatest Of All Time?

Although the makers have been tight-lipped about the plot of the film and the characters, we believe that one of the squad members might turn out to be the villain in the film. Now, Prabhudeva might be that mole, given the new poster.

Or, we could be wrong and he could actually turn out to be a loyal friend. If the producers were to follow the age-old tropes of the Indian cinema industry, either Prashanth's or Ajmal Ameer's characters might eventually turn against the lead actor, Vijay. Prabhudeva, on the other hand, could be the only true mate for Thalapathy Vijay.

What's your guess?
