Divorce Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega Story: ZEE5's new show starring Abigail Pande and Rishab Chadha is now streaming on the OTT platform. The story is about two journalists from India Buzz TV news channel who are kind of rivals of each other as they both want to reach the top. However, they don't agree with each other on any topic and cause chaos. Amid this, they pitch the idea of exposing a marriage registration scam to their boss and the latter asks them to work together. During the process, they quarrel with each other and ultimately come to know that they have accidentally married each other. Now, they must try harder to get a divorce. But how?

Divorce Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega Review:

Divorce Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega has 7 episodes in total. However, the real plot starts from episode 4. Wondering what happened in the other three episodes? Worry not, you can simply watch the trailer! Yes, the writing has dragged the plot a bit too much to reach the main point. So the plot is like Nikki Kothari (Abigail Pande), the head of Features and Entertainment section of India Buzz TV channel. On the other hand, Ashutosh Chavda (Rishab Chadha) is trying to prove himself by breaking a hot news. They meet in the channel set and instantly become rivals. The little fights along with the love moments seem forceful and childish.

Then we meet the boss of the IBT channel, Mr Panchal. He gets to know that one of his trustworthy employees Mayank Mishra has a secret relationship with his wife. This leads him to fire Mayank from the company. Now, who will handle the special feature Prime Time instead of Mayank? Two names on the list - Nikki and Ashutosh. Nikki does not want to share the space with Ashutosh and vice versa but their boss makes them do the show together. During the show, they start arguing with each other, and surprisingly the TRP rate increases because viewers love the banter between Nikki and Ashu.

In the meantime, we see Nikki has a lover with whom she will get engaged soon. On the other hand, Ashutosh's family is also looking for a girl for his marriage.

Things take a serious turn when they make a mistake at work and their boss almost sues both of them until they are asked to share unique ideas. Both of them say that they can expose the Marriage Registration Scam. Against their will, they begin the process together. The duo goes to the registration office and pretends that they want to get married as soon as possible. They are told that they will get the marriage certificate if they give 50 thousand. In the meanwhile, Nikki records everything on her phone which is set in her pocket. They are also told that the certificate will be delivered in one month.

The craft of the series could have been more solid and as it lacks prominent surprises, the plot is kinda boring. Some scenes indeed make you fall in love for some moments but then again it has the slow pace.

Now comes the real part! On the day of Nikki's engagement with her boyfriend, she gets the marriage certificate delivered to her home. She finds out that the certificate is real as it has signatures from all the respected authorities and she is now really married to Ashutosh. She reaches Ashu's house and finds out that his family is busy with the soon-to-be in-laws of Ashutosh. She and Ashutosh have a chat and Nikki tells him that they should not have submitted the real documents. Now the problem begins as they need a divorce as soon as possible without informing their families.

They visit a lawyer and the court sends them to a legal counselor who asks them various counter questions to check their relationship status. In the meantime, the boss of IBT channel fired Nikki and Ashutosh.

Then their families also get to know that truth and help them get a divorce. The last episode seems so abrupt because it has a concept of 'everything needs to be perfect because it is the last episode.' On the day of getting the divorce, Nikki suddenly changed so did Ashu. When the judge is about to confirm their divorce, Nikki says that we should find who is the real problem maker and delays the divorce which only hints at love brewing up between Nikki and Ashutosh.

Divorce Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega Verdict

Abigail Pande and Rishab Chadha's series not only has slow writing but also abrupt additions of plots. Some scenes can also be skipped as they do not carry any significance. On the other hand, the series lacks surprises and you can predict the end from the very beginning!
