Upendra has effectively divided his audience into two distinct groups: one that thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the film and another that found the heavy infusion of Uppi-style philosophy less appealing.

The satire and impactful dialogues have resonated strongly with this audience, who are also lauding Upendra's performance as a solo lead.

Others were not captivated by the themes Upendra chose to explore, which included nature, politics, and religion, among others. The prevailing sentiment indicated that Upendra did not succeed in providing entertainment, as he prioritized conveying his perspectives on various issues, aiming to provoke thought and reaction among his audience.

Regarding Upendra's work on UI: The fundamental plot will be comprehensible to all, but the interpretation of its deeper layers is left to the discretion of each viewer.

Despite the shortcomings in its production, there were viewers who attended the film primarily to appreciate Upendra's exceptional talent. The film was released in theaters globally on December 20. In Karnataka, it achieved an impressive opening on its first day; however, it remains to be determined whether this initial success will be maintained.
